What actually happens
What do I do if a professional doesn't deliver?
Flag it at the host verification step. The event stops progressing through the chain, no review can be produced from it, and the incident is recorded on the professional's profile pending investigation.
Can a professional delete a bad review?
No. A verified review is permanently attached to its event and its chain ID. Professionals may publish one public response, which is shown alongside it.
How do you stop competitors leaving fake reviews?
A review requires a completed Verified Event Chain, which requires a host to have created an event, tagged the professional, and confirmed afterwards that they performed. A competitor cannot fabricate that.
Who can see my event details?
Only you and the professionals you tag. Event details are never public — what becomes public is the verified review you choose to write afterwards.

Trust and safety reports are triaged the same day they arrive, by a person.
