Trust & safety

A marketplace built on real trust

Verification is not a badge we hand out. It is a process with steps, evidence and consequences — and this is what it protects you from.

What protects you

Six things that hold this up

  • Verified reviews only

A review cannot exist without a confirmed event behind it. Both parties sign off before either can write a word.

  • Vetted professionals

Identity, business registration and insurance are checked before a profile appears in search. Missing checks are shown as missing, not hidden.

  • Transparent scoring

We publish what feeds a trust tier and how search ranking is decided. The exact formula stays private so it cannot be gamed.

  • Dispute process

If a professional does not deliver, the host flags it during verification. That blocks any review from the event and opens an investigation.

  • No paid placement

There is no promoted slot to buy. Nobody can pay to appear above a professional with a better record.

  • Real support

Reports are handled by people, and every action taken against an account is recorded and explained.

If something goes wrong

What actually happens

  • What do I do if a professional doesn't deliver?

Flag it at the host verification step. The event stops progressing through the chain, no review can be produced from it, and the incident is recorded on the professional's profile pending investigation.

  • Can a professional delete a bad review?

No. A verified review is permanently attached to its event and its chain ID. Professionals may publish one public response, which is shown alongside it.

  • How do you stop competitors leaving fake reviews?

A review requires a completed Verified Event Chain, which requires a host to have created an event, tagged the professional, and confirmed afterwards that they performed. A competitor cannot fabricate that.

  • Who can see my event details?

Only you and the professionals you tag. Event details are never public — what becomes public is the verified review you choose to write afterwards.

Need to report something

Trust and safety reports are triaged the same day they arrive, by a person.
