Most hosts book Sentinel Event Security between four and nine months ahead. Short-notice dates are considered when the calendar allows — send the date and you will get a straight answer.
Yes — the standard service radius is 50 miles from Houston. Beyond that a travel fee applies, quoted up front in the proposal rather than added later.
Payment is arranged directly with the professional. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer secure the date, with the balance due per the terms in that contract. EventConnective does not take a booking fee or a commission.
