• How far in advance should I book?

  Most hosts book Lens & Light Studio between four and nine months ahead. Short-notice requests are rarely possible, so earlier is better.

• Do you travel outside your city?

  Yes — the standard service radius is 50 miles from Austin. Beyond that a travel fee applies, quoted up front in the proposal rather than added later.

• How are payments handled?

  Payment is arranged directly with the professional. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer secure the date, with the balance due per the terms in that contract. EventConnective does not take a booking fee or a commission.

• What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

  Terms are set out in the contract you sign before paying anything. If services are not delivered, you flag it during host verification, which opens a dispute and blocks the event from producing a verified review.
