• How far in advance should I book?

  Most hosts book Halo Lighting Design between four and nine months ahead. Short-notice dates are considered when the calendar allows — send the date and you will get a straight answer.

• Do you travel outside your city?

  Yes — the standard service radius is 50 miles from Dallas. Beyond that a travel fee applies, quoted up front in the proposal rather than added later.

• How are payments handled?

  Payment is arranged directly with the professional. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer secure the date, with the balance due per the terms in that contract. EventConnective does not take a booking fee or a commission.

• What happens if something goes wrong on the day?

  Terms are set out in the contract you sign before paying anything. If services are not delivered, you flag it during host verification, which opens a dispute and blocks the event from producing a verified review.
